Privacy

FindParking uses optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregated website usage and improve the service. These tools load only after you select “Accept analytics”.

What is collected

Depending on your choice, analytics may include page views, referrers, general engagement, city and parking page interactions, and heatmaps or session recordings. We intentionally do not send exact geolocation, search text, form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or full query-string referrers.

Destination search

When the optional destination-search pilot is enabled, FindParking sends the destination text to the configured search provider only to resolve the current request. It does not add anonymous destination history to the database or send destination text, exact coordinates, or provider identifiers to analytics. A successful Zürich handoff keeps only the destination label and arrival-time bucket in a signed browser session for up to 30 minutes; it is not placed in the public URL.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser under parking_analytics_consent_v1 as granted or denied. You can reopen the consent choice at any time.
